MOQ varies by product and customization level. For ODM products with branding only, MOQ starts at 200–500 units. For fully custom OEM products with new tooling, MOQ is typically 1,000–3,000 units. We're flexible on first orders to help you get started.
Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. Products are certified with CE, FCC, RoHS, and UKCA. We also support UL/ETL testing and food-contact material compliance (FDA / EU 1935/2004) on request.
For ODM products with branding customization, lead time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. For custom OEM products with new tooling, expect 8–12 weeks including mold development, samples, and first production run.
Yes. ODM includes custom branding, colors, and packaging on existing designs. OEM covers full product development — custom tooling, electronics, firmware, and app integration. Both services include dedicated engineering support.
Absolutely. We provide samples for evaluation before mass production. Sample cost is typically refunded against your first bulk order. Custom samples with your branding are also available.
All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We provide replacement parts, technical documentation, and ongoing firmware updates for smart products. Dedicated account managers handle all after-sales inquiries.
